The South University Foundation was established to strengthen and advance the mission of South University by expanding access to education, supporting academic innovation, and enhancing the student experience. Rooted in our 125-year legacy, the Foundation serves as a catalyst for progress, uniting students, alumni, and the community in support of the next generation of South University students.

The Foundation was established to extend South University’s impact beyond the classroom by investing in innovative academic programs and faculty excellence, enhancing campus environments that promote student engagement and success, and creating pathways for alumni involvement and lifelong connection.

The South University Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to supporting South University, its students, and its academic programs. The Foundation’s purpose is to secure and steward private support for educational initiatives, scholarships, and institutional priorities, ensuring long-term growth and impact.
