NSG3069 Caring for Diverse and Vulnerable Populations I Prerequisite(s): NSG3023, NSG3024, NSG3027, NSG3032 Co-requisite(s): NSG3034, NSG3036 This course focuses on caring for aggregates, particularly vulnerable populations. Concepts related to community and public health nursing are addressed. Among these are environment, epidemiological issues, and communicable disease. The nursing process is applied to groups and students are introduced to community-based care settings through observational experiences. 4 credit hours
