Governance and Ownership
The South University Board of Trustees has approval authority over new campuses, senior administrative officers, the Strategic Plan, the annual budget, and further authority as outlined in the Bylaws of the South University Board of Trustees. The position of Chancellor is the highest administrative position at the South University. Campus presidents report to the Vice Chancellor.
